You can find a wide range of options for your meeting backgrounds, from nature images and seasonal backdrops to sports teams and TV shows. These free downloads are a great addition to your Zoom toolkit and can help make your next meeting stand out from the rest.

Adding a virtual background is easy with the Zoom app on your desktop computer. Simply save the image file to a location that you can easily access and click the + sign in the virtual backgrounds tab in your Zoom settings to add it to your account. Then, whenever you want to use the background, select it from the list of available options.

Creating a custom Pitt-themed virtual background is an easy and convenient way to show your Panther pride in your Zoom sessions. To do so, please navigate to the links below and right click on the image or text to download it to your device (control click for one-button mice) or save it as a PDF. Once saved, open the PDF in your preferred viewing software and then follow these instructions for importing it into Zoom. Be sure to uncheck the “Mirror my video” option if you want to avoid having your Pitt-themed virtual background appear reversed in your Zoom sessions.
