When you’re looking for that one “must have” basketball workout, this is it. Every basketball player should be shooting well from three-point range, but to really get good at shooting, you need to be able to get into the paint and hit some three-point shots off the bounce.
NBA Basketball Workouts – One, stationary shooting workout. Elite Shooter – One, 500 made three-point shots while dribbling.
