In this Pro Tips 4U sports training basketball video, Mo Williams, point guard for the Portland Trail Blazers goes over Defensive Tips and Drills. Learn the secrets of how to play defense on a shooter, a ball-handler and a poor shooter. When guarding a shooter Mo goes over chopping your feet and getting into the defender so he can't shoot, forcing him to put it on the floor. On a ball handler, Mo shows you the chop and why you want to stay arms length off. Lastly Mo goes over the different chop and length to play off of a poor shooter. In addition, Mo goes over "No Middle" and the move to make the person you're defending drive to the baseline or how to cut him off when he tries to go middle.

Mo Williams is a guard for the Portland Trail Blazers. Over his NBA career, he has averaged near 14 points and five assists per game while playing for the Jazz, Bucks, Cavaliers and Clippers.
